Front-end Team Lead

About the role:

Codulate is looking for a front-end Team Lead, who has expertise working with React.js technologies, to join our development team and closely work with our US clients.

What you will do:

-Lead and oversee the front-end development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

-Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability

-Architect and develop UI components using JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS.

-Work closely with team members to establish and achieve sprint goals and project milestones.

-Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members, boosting their professional growth.

-Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance practices.

Requirements__

-5+ years of experience working as a front-end developer

-Previous experience as a team lead or demonstrated leadership skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

-Have extensive experience working with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS

-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines

-A passion for staying updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in front-end development
